Jonathan R. Prestridge, CFP® is an Investment Advisor and Certified Financial Planner® practitioner. As a fiduciary, Jonathan will always act in the utmost good faith, in a manner he reasonably believes to be in his client’s best interest. He began his career serving clients’ financial and tax planning needs, and more than 20 years later he continues to achieve solutions on behalf of his clients through his understanding of the tax code and implementing financial strategies to improve outcomes in favor of his clients.
In 2013, Jonathan earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation which is recognized as the standard of excellence for competent and ethical personal financial planning. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. His professional licenses include General Securities Series 7, and Uniform Investment Advisor Series 66. He is securities licensed in LA, TX, FL, TN, and MS; Life & Health insurance licensed in several states.
Jonathan and his family reside in Denham Springs. He enjoys spending time with his family, and he likes to fish, play basketball, throw frisbee and chase after his dogs, Andy, Leo and Archie.
As a Certified Financial Planner®, Jonathan works with his clients to achieve their financial goals. He can help you evaluate one-time decisions such as whether to invest through a Roth or Traditional IRA or how to best use your 401(k), etc. He is also able to generate retirement income from your investments and help you determine the best way for you to achieve your goals. He is committed to working with you along the way as life changes to monitor and adjust your strategies when appropriate.
